First of all I would like to say good morning to the respected teachers, parents and my dear friends. I would like to speech on the importance of education which is must to know by all of us. Education plays a great role in the life of everyone all through the life. Getting proper education is very necessary to get success and happy life just like food is necessary for healthy body. It is very important to live luxurious and better life. It develops personality of the people, provides physical and mental standard and transforms people’s living status. It promotes the feeling of physical, mental and social well being by providing better life. Good education is constructive in nature which constructs our future forever. It helps a person to improve his/her status of mind, body and spirit. It provides us lots of confidence by giving us bulk of knowledge in many field. It is a single and vital way to the success as well as personal growth.
The more knowledge we get, we grow and develop more in the life. Being well educated never only means to earn certificates and good salary from the recognized and reputed organisation companies or institutions however it also means to be a good and social person in the life. It helps us to determine whether something is good or bad for us and other persons related to us. The first purpose of getting good education is being good citizen and then being successful in personal and professional life. We are incomplete without a good education because education makes us right thinker and correct decision maker. In such a competitive world, education has become a necessity for human beings after food, clothe and shelter. It is able to provide solutions to all problems; it promotes good habits and awareness about corruption, terrorism, and other social issues among us.
Education is the most important tool offers inner and outer strength to a person. Education is the fundamental rights of everyone and capable of bringing any desired change and upliftment in the human mind and society.

सबसे पहले मैं आदरणीय शिक्षकों, अभिभावकों और मेरे प्यारे दोस्तों को सुप्रभात कहना चाहूंगा। मैं शिक्षा के महत्व पर भाषण देना चाहता हूं जिसे हम सभी को जानना चाहिए। शिक्षा जीवन भर सभी के जीवन में एक महान भूमिका निभाती है। सफलता और सुखी जीवन पाने के लिए उचित शिक्षा प्राप्त करना बहुत आवश्यक है जैसे स्वस्थ शरीर के लिए भोजन आवश्यक है। आलीशान और बेहतर जिंदगी जीने के लिए यह बेहद जरूरी है। यह लोगों के व्यक्तित्व का विकास करता है, शारीरिक और मानसिक स्तर प्रदान करता है और लोगों के रहन-सहन की स्थिति को बदल देता है। यह बेहतर जीवन प्रदान करके शारीरिक, मानसिक और सामाजिक कल्याण की भावना को बढ़ावा देता है। अच्छी शिक्षा प्रकृति में रचनात्मक होती है जो हमारे भविष्य का हमेशा के लिए निर्माण करती है। यह एक व्यक्ति को उसके दिमाग, शरीर और आत्मा की स्थिति में सुधार करने में मदद करता है। यह हमें कई क्षेत्रों में ढेर सारा ज्ञान देकर हमें बहुत आत्मविश्वास प्रदान करता है। यह सफलता के साथ-साथ व्यक्तिगत विकास का एकमात्र और महत्वपूर्ण तरीका है।
हम जितना अधिक ज्ञान प्राप्त करते हैं, हम जीवन में उतना ही अधिक विकसित और विकसित होते हैं। अच्छी तरह से शिक्षित होने का मतलब न केवल मान्यता प्राप्त और प्रतिष्ठित संगठन कंपनियों या संस्थानों से प्रमाण पत्र और अच्छा वेतन अर्जित करना है बल्कि इसका मतलब जीवन में एक अच्छा और सामाजिक व्यक्ति होना भी है। यह हमें यह निर्धारित करने में मदद करता है कि कोई चीज हमारे लिए और हमसे संबंधित अन्य व्यक्तियों के लिए अच्छी है या बुरी। अच्छी शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का पहला उद्देश्य अच्छा नागरिक बनना और फिर व्यक्तिगत और व्यावसायिक जीवन में सफल होना है। अच्छी शिक्षा के बिना हम अधूरे हैं क्योंकि शिक्षा हमें सही विचारक और सही निर्णय लेने वाला बनाती है। आज के इस प्रतिस्पर्धी युग में मनुष्य के लिए रोटी, कपड़ा और मकान के बाद शिक्षा अनिवार्य हो गई है। यह सभी समस्याओं का समाधान प्रदान करने में सक्षम है; यह हमारे बीच भ्रष्टाचार, आतंकवाद और अन्य सामाजिक मुद्दों के बारे में अच्छी आदतों और जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देता है।
शिक्षा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण उपकरण है जो किसी व्यक्ति को आंतरिक और बाहरी शक्ति प्रदान करता है। शिक्षा सभी का मौलिक अधिकार है और मानव मन और समाज में वांछित परिवर्तन और उत्थान लाने में सक्षम है।
